Hi my name is Gary and I live in the United States. I purchased a sarong type garment in Thailand about three years ago, and now I can't remember how to tie it correctly. It appears to be a type of trouser, with ties that go around the waist (I think). Is there anywhere I can go to get information on how to wear traditional Thai garments? My partner & myself are going to KO SAMUI in july of this year, and find it quite difficult to get much information on the island! I would be grateful if someone who has been their, could give us a few tips. ie- weather-good hotels-market places-pubs-clubs( if any ) and generally what there is to do on the island, we are so exited about going, that we would love some info before we get their.
