Beside our recommendation, many emails have asked me many of them on the same questions, so, I'd like to describe more details: 50 US$ in Bangkok, includes* 2 nights hotel as said*2ways airport transfers* 1 for arrival, air port to hotel and 2nd transfer(if so) departure transfer to airport or a bus terminal, included a half day city tour with big international lunch /// For Chiangrai golden triangle and the opium museum day tour included lunch buffet at WangThong Hotel Mae sai market, This day tour we offer at only 28 US$ / person net.// In Bangkok if you'd like to stay in a thai house on the river, Nonta buri and learning of the Thai cooking with the house owner, like chez habiton, but very nice prepare, good teak house and build right on the bank of the OM-NOI River. This we need very early advance booking due to limited rooms. Beside her house, there is a very nice tropical fruit garden behind (for family and good for tourists today)// For the elephant riding and bamboo rafting are inclusive in the trekking package tour. The hotel during the trekking is not included but stay with the hill tribe in their huts with mosquito net. Before go to sleep, a camp fire will be provided near a hut. Walking sometimes 2-3 hours/day then nice walking tenis shoes are essential. Cloth wearing, light cotton would be fine and prepare your own light sweater incase cool forest breeze during winter, but its a marvelous lifetime memory/Jack

Es läuft also nichts.

I would also love to hear some comments about the islands. which is your favorite? and is there anything not in the "tourist"plan to do in bankok itself. as you understand, I want to get to know the real thailnd & the real people. any information is appriciated.THANKS,Shanna.
