Day 1  (L)    (around 35km bike ride)
After breakfast, pick-up at your hotel and drive in covered pick-up truck, up North to Chiang-Dao. Stop to an elephant camp nestled in nice jungle surrounding. Watch elephants bathing and demonstrate their skills. Then explore the Chiang-Dao caves before lunch in a local restaurant. Then we start a 35 km bike ride mostly off-road, crossing beautiful landscape and small villages. Stop at a Lisu hilltribe village. Discover also the Palaung people, coming from Myanmar, and with only few settlement in Northern Thailand. Then we transfer by car to Thaton where we spend the night in a small hotel on the bank of the Mae-Kok river. Diner.

Day 2  (B-L-D)  (around 60 km bike ride)
After breakfast, we start cycling down the Maekok river plain through rice fields and plantations. We follow an exciting dirt trail along the river. Then embark a local long-tail boat with the bike in it to reach opposite bank !!! We continue cycling on a forest trail to reach a Karen village. (Optional elephant ride possible!) Then we transfer by car or proceed by bike to Chiangrai Hotel. Night at hotel. Diner.

Day 3  (B-L-D)  (ride between 10 to 30 km)
After breakfast, we transfer by car toward Chiangmai. Late morning we start to cycle on a shady forest trail up the mountain. Fantastic view and scenery. After lunch, transfer back to Chiangmai by car. Transfer to your hotel. End of the tour.
